What to expect when requesting mobile engine repair or residential snow removal from Truebertan Small Engine Repair.

Requests & appointments
Submitting a form, calling, texting or requesting a quote does not automatically confirm an appointment, reserve a service time or purchase a snow-removal plan. Service details, location, pricing and scheduling are confirmed directly with you.
Mobile engine service is available by appointment, Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM. We serve Leduc, Nisku, Beaumont, Calmar and nearby Leduc County communities, subject to coverage confirmation. We do not advertise a public repair shop or customer drop-off location.
Quotes & authorization
Repair pricing depends on equipment condition, diagnostic findings, required parts and the work requested. Descriptions and photos help us review a request but may not establish the cause of a fault or the final repair cost.
We discuss the proposed scope and pricing with you. Additional work or parts are explained and require your agreement before proceeding. Applicable consumer protections continue to apply to estimates and any changes.
Prices on this website are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes are additional unless expressly stated otherwise. Payment arrangements for the specific job are confirmed directly.
Engine-service travel
Travel within Leduc, up to approximately 10 km, is included for mobile engine service. Outside Leduc, a $50 travel fee generally applies. Coverage and travel costs are confirmed when arranging your visit.
These engine-service travel terms do not set the price of residential snow removal, which is quoted for the property and selected plan.
The $150 snowblower tune-up
The advertised package is $150 CAD plus applicable tax. It includes spark plug replacement, carburetor cleaning and the applicable tune-up inspection and maintenance work.
A tune-up does not automatically include every fault repair. Other required parts and additional repairs are quoted separately and discussed with you.
RESIDENTIAL SNOW REMOVAL

The advertised service includes the driveway and standard front walkway. All prices below are starting prices in CAD, plus GST. The final quote is subject to property assessment.
- Pay as you go: from $50 per visit; book when needed
- Monthly Basic: from $149 per month, up to 3 visits per month
- Monthly Plus: from $249 per month, up to 6 visits per month
- Seasonal Complete: from $1,099 per season, up to 25 visits
- Seasonal Premium: from $2,125 per season, up to 50 visits
Plan conditions
- Monthly and seasonal plans are prepaid
- Contract service at 3 cm accumulation
- Season: November 1–March 31
- Monthly visit limits reset each billing month
- Unused monthly visits do not roll over
- Visit limits are maximum allowances
- Extra visits and additional work cost extra
Service arrangements, property access, the work covered and any additional charges are discussed before starting. A quote request alone does not purchase a plan.

Provide accurate equipment or property details and tell us about access restrictions or hazards that could affect the visit. Keep the work area accessible and advise us of any changes to the requested job or location.
If you need to change or cancel a requested or confirmed appointment, contact us as soon as possible. Any job-specific cancellation, deposit or refund terms must be disclosed and agreed separately; this page does not create a cancellation fee or a blanket no-refund policy.

& repair concerns
If you have a concern about completed work, contact Truebertan with your name, service date, equipment make/model and a description of the issue. Photos or a video may help us understand the concern. Stop using equipment if you believe it is unsafe.
We review the concern and discuss the appropriate next steps. Before arranging additional work, ask us to confirm any applicable coverage and whether a further assessment is needed.
Any specific express warranty supplied for your job is described in its written service or warranty documentation. Manufacturer or supplier warranties on equipment or parts, where applicable, have their own coverage and claim conditions. This page does not create a fixed-duration or all-equipment warranty.
Your consumer rights
Nothing on this page excludes, limits or replaces rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law. Any separately agreed service or warranty terms remain subject to those protections.
