Does every driveway cost $50 per visit?
No. $50 per visit is a starting price for pay-as-you-go service. Final pricing is subject to property assessment, including size, layout and requested work.
What is the difference between monthly and seasonal plans?
Monthly Basic allows up to 3 visits per month and Monthly Plus up to 6. Seasonal Complete allows up to 25 visits and Seasonal Premium up to 50 during the November 1–March 31 season. These are maximum visit allowances, not guaranteed visit counts.
Do unused monthly visits roll over?
No. Monthly visit limits reset each billing month, and unused visits do not roll over.
When does contract service apply?
The advertised contract service trigger is 3 cm accumulation. Confirm the service arrangements for your property when reviewing the quote.
What if I need extra visits or extra work?
Extra visits and additional work cost extra. Discuss those needs when requesting or confirming service.
Is snowblower repair included in a snow-removal plan?
